Returns and Refunds Policy

When purchasing products, the buyer agrees to this return and refund policy.  No refunds are allowed except as stated herein.  Products are warranted to arrive at the seller’s address in good condition and as described in the product description on the website.  Buyer must contact seller with any questions about products, preferably before purchasing.  

For any product that arrives damaged or does not approximately match the description (i.e., the wrong product was shipped), the buyer must contact seller within 10 (10) business days of receipt of the product for instructions on how to return products and receive a full refund once the buyer has complied with requirements.  In most cases for damaged products, buyer must provide several pictures of the damaged items and describe what is wrong with it and how it arrived to them as damaged.  The seller will use these pictures and descriptions to file a claim with the shipper, but will go ahead and refund the seller’s money, usually within one week. 

At the seller’s discretion, buyers may be offered an alternate product of the same or higher value to replace a damaged item or product error and may ask the buyer to return the item to the seller for repair at the seller’s expense.  The buyer may choose to accept the alternate product/repair or request the full refund when the product arrived damaged at the buyer’s address or the wrong product was shipped.

The seller is not responsible for items stolen from the buyer’s address after a confirmed delivery.  Delivery is confirmed by the tracking information provided by the shipper.  Recommend that the seller have the product shipped to a secure location.

Since out products are one of a kind items, it may be possible for a buyer to purchase an item that has already sold.  In this event, the buyer will be offered a full refund and may be offered a replacement product of similar or higher value.  The buyer may choose to receive the refund or the replacement product if offered.
